Evolve : Overlap social icons and Sidebar

In your Theme Options -> Custom CSS
Please try the following codes. It will move down your blog title and tag line when in viewport less than 768px.

@media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
 .title-container {
    position: relative;
    top: 25px;
 }
}

Please clear your mobile browser cache, before revisiting your site.

As for shopping cart page issue. I have to inform you that only Evolve Plus theme https://theme4press.com/evolve-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/ is woocommerce compatible. Evolve free theme is not.
