Evolve theme – edit copyright

Hi
I am using the evolve theme. I want to edit the copyright info. I go into the footer.php and make a change at the but it does not change it.
My test site is https://www.lynksweb.ca/Ambrosia3

Can someone tell me why my copyright is not changing?
I don’t have a cache plugin activated.

I also tried to add a footer widget but that is not being added either.

Not sure what is stopping these changes. Any ideas?
