    hi, there

    after updagrade to the lastest verion of woocommerce and eway, i start have issue with the payment, some clients claimed that they have been charged twice or three times, i double check those users they all have one processing order and one fail or cancelled order

    i tried myself it seems work ok in desktop, but in mobile version the page of payment seems freezing without the waiting signal/inicator, but i just keep waiting and the payment gone through

    i suppose those clients wait too long and thought the payment page was not working and then refresh the page.

    any help with that? it’d not happend that offen previously till i updgrade to the lastest version of woocommerce and eway

    We are seeing several reports coming in about Eway plugin behaving as follows:

    • Incorrect cc # entered (or incorrect CCV) + Attempt to place an order
    • Failed order is created
    • Correct cc # entered on the frontend at Checkout
    • Transaction captured successfully
    • Failed order stays Failed

    Is this possibly an issue that you are observing?

    So far, other merchants have communicated the orders remain as Failed status, but they have not mentioned they are seeing duplicated orders where customers are charged.
