Is it right, that you have a lot cronjobs active in background like this?

    wp_ewwwio_media_optimize_cron_interval 300 (5 Minuten) Every 5 Minutes
    wp_ewwwio_image_optimize_cron_interval 300 (5 Minuten) Every 5 Minutes
    wp_ewwwio_flag_optimize_cron_interval 300 (5 Minuten) Every 5 Minutes
    wp_ewwwio_ngg_optimize_cron_interval 300 (5 Minuten) Every 5 Minutes
    wp_ewwwio_ngg2_optimize_cron_interval 300 (5 Minuten) Every 5 Minutes

    We dont schedule anything.

Can you help me to understand?

Those are custom schedules, not actual cronjobs. The plugin only adds a cronjob after you upload an image, to check the optimization queue just in case it stalls out.
Once the queue is empty, the cronjob is removed.
