EWWW Image Optimizer – opting, gifsicle

When I installed the plugin EWWW IMAGE Optimizer, its folder contains all the files, including .exe relating to opting and gifsicle, but the plugin settings on the website wordpress write that they do not exist!
I also tried to plugin settings on the website is automatically set pngout he established. But when I optimizes the image png, they are still not optimized, and writes that need this the most opting? Again the problem!
