Exactly what I need, but no stars

  • I’m searching for star rating system based on shortcode like this. And this seems like a perfect one for me. But, stars don’t show! I get only text: “5 stars” and in plugin settings i don’t have these icons showing. Now I don’t have knowledge at all about this, but read some previous reviews that you helped a guy make it work. Can you please help me also? I am desperate because the only alternative I can do to this plugin is to put some emoji on my page and that looks awful.

    I guess we can figure out what the problem is. But I‘am on vacation until the end of this month and of course I’ve got no equipment with me.

    Could you send me a mail containing the website URL you try to use the plugin and – if possible – logfiles from the webserver for the time you tried to see the pictures ?

    Thanks for the quick reply. I am also new to wp.org so I couldn’t find where to email you. Please provide me some email address on which I will contact you at the beginning of next month. I’m prepared to wait, still setting up content and looks of my page.

    About website it is https://wiseguybet.com/. There you can see your plugin’s shortcode in bet365 field under top bookmakers (4.5 stars). It also doesn’t work when i try inside posts. It is a hostgator wp site and i dont have webserver logs to provide. Maybe I even do, but not sure how to find them. I don’t have php or other similar programs installed. I am such a beginner at this and no budget, but I have a good idea for the site and optimism I can make it work. :)\

    From what i see, when I open up options of universal star rating, there aren’t any .png uploading there – i don’t even see stars in plugin options. Not even when i change the custom image folder to images folder of plugin. I even tried to change permissions to files on FTP client, but didn’t help. Tried to install earlier version of plugin, same issue.
