DONT BUY PRO

  • Designing a website for older individuals, so I needed a plugin that was easy to use. The free version of the plugin worked perfectly, but I needed thew features of the PRO. I purchased the PRO version and it doesnt work. I’ve tried everything. I’ve tried updating it, using it with the free version activated, and spent countless hours trying to work with their team to resolve the issues. IT just doesn’t work. Their support is terrible. They just repeat the same thing over and over again. Find something different.

    However, after buying the PRO version I’d have to give it a different review. The PRO version doesn’t work correctly. I’m on 12.5 but I can’t find any documentation on how to update the plugin to version 13. All I can find is “download from client portal” but every time I download, its version 12.5.

    Sorry for inconvenience, here are steps:

    1. Keep Free version activated/installed
    2. Download PRO version from the client portal and install
    3. It will be updated, that’s all.
