Exactly what I was looking for and Great Support!

I looked and searched for a KB/FAQ plugin that would do what I needed and I went through many. This is it! It’s easy to use, simple, clean, intuitive. It just works. I ran into an issue and contacted the developer and he responded to me within minutes, willing and ready to help. And in the end, the issue turned out to be something that I had done – and not an issue with the plugin itself. Great work from Echo. Keep it up!
