Example: Birthday party

On the page where events are submitted is the assistance text:
“The event name. Example: Birthday party”See:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ax67h0a5rq3o1km/Screenshot%202018-05-08%2014.58.54.png?dl=0How can I change this text? I would like to suggest another naming convention than “birthday party.”
Also, the “required” asterisk is wrapping to the next line after the input field. Any idea how to fix that?
