    Hi, I’m working on figuring out the syntax for including the information in the www.ads-software.com page for the plugin. It’s a shortcode plugin, so you don’t need to do any HTML. You just put the appropriate shortcode in a post or page via the WordPress editing interface. My current readme.txt file seems to have problems.

    That should show how to make basic applets or more advanced ones with custom buttons that run Jmol scripts. Please let me know if things are unclear or where the documentation could be improved.
