Excel cannot open file… invalid file format or file extention

    Hi,

    When I export orders and then try opening them in Excel I get the error above, regardless if I export as a .xlsx or .csv file.

    I had included a custom field but have since removed it and saved settings but I’m still getting the error.

    It works on my local machine (using wampserver) both with custom field and without.

    Any ideas?

    Without changing anything or trying anything new it seems to have resolved itself :/

    Maybe my host made some change somewhere.

    Thanks for trying to help out though. Really like the plugin too.

    good to know.

    the plugin can produce zero files if server has no free space,
    but I think it’s not your case.
