    Hi,

We have two different “Submit Abstract” forms – one that creates a user account and one for people who already have a log in.

However when we go to export the entries with your tool, we are 1. getting the same results for both forms.
    2. the date range is not working. eventhough I select a few months from this year, I am getting 2018 entries on the excel download.

Any idea why this might be happening?

    Thanks,
    Jessica

    Hi @jrock88,

    Hmm, weird stuff.

I’m thinking you’ve duplicated a form to change it from the other; is that correct?
Try to regenerate the url of one of the forms. That should fix the returning of the same form.

As for the date range I need some more information. Can you provide me some literal dates that are in there, as well as what dates you used to filter? I’ll try and reproduce it.

However, the date filter itself is a feature by Gravity Forms. If that has a bug, I can’t help you. My plugin only adheres to their API.

Can you provide me with the details? I’ll look in to it.

Please also provide the information as I mentioned in this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/readme-opening-a-new-topic/

    Thanks!

    Hi @jrock88 and @doekenorg!

I did experience the same thing and I had, as you @doekenorg said, duplicated a form. I tried to regenerate the URL and it got fixed.

    – Version of PHP used 7.2.19-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
    – Version of Gravity Forms 2.4.10
    – Version of WordPress 5.2.2

    Best regards!

Marked as resolved because of in-activity. If that is premature, please let me know.
