Excel export after changes made to CF7 form

Hi. My client is using Contact Form DB with CF7 as a product order form. In the email notification there’s a link to where they can download the Excel document. They have made some changes to the form (removed a couple of products, added a new product). While the new product is now also in the Excel file, the old products are also still there. Shouldn’t these be automatically removed from the database once the contact form is updated?
