Excel spreadsheet value issue

    Hi there,

    I tried searching for this issue and couldn’t find anything. If I have to go Pro to fix this, I’m willing.

    When I download the handy Excel spreadsheet of the registrations, three fields have gibberish as their values. The first one: the question is Are you OD/AD? and there are radio buttons for either OD or AD. The value in the spreadsheet currently is: ‘pn03QM’. The second and third fields in the form are Province (drop down for choices), and the spreadsheet value is ‘TlE6ec’, and Year of Program (radio buttons) with the spreadsheet value of ‘J0a9B2’ and ‘i7QoOQ’ for each of the 2 registrants.

    I created those questions, so I thought that it could be an issue with all of the questions I created, but I also created two others that have no issue.

    Hi chantaloupe.

    Hmm. The dropdown, radio, and checkbox fields have special IDs, which is what you are seeing. Please set me up as an admin user on the website and I will gladly check it out (send login details to help ~a~t~ wpeventsplanner.com).
