asking for support and not getting any

after installing the plugin there seems to be a problem with tags. I’ve been clicking and redirected to a blank page, and as I see the developer’s site has non functional tags also..
I have created 3 different topics mentioning the problem and I never got any reply/help. all the other topics are being answered..
