Excellent and responsive support

I’ve been using Campaign Monitor for several years and always found their support team very helpful. With this plugin they excelled themselves in resolving a problem very quickly and efficiently with a conference / screen share call. It is very reassuring to know that there is such good support – in the rare event it is needed.
