Excellent and speedy service

First of all, the theme itself is beautiful, but also very flexible. The support documentation is a little bit difficult to follow due to the somewhat poor English and outdated images, but overall not a problem. Most importantly, the service system through the developers’ website (not through this platform, but through tickets[dot]themefreesia[dot]com) is EXCELLENT. They respond VERY quickly (less than 12hrs in my experience) and efficiently.
