my site was hacked. i installed the plugin and the scan immediately found the hacked files. their support staff was excellent. they responded to every email quickly. i really felt like i had a partner in getting my site back. in addition, their dashboard has valuable features I’ve been using ever since like logging attempts to log in and what country the attempts are coming from which allowed me to block them.
