Excellent BUT…

  • I’ve been using this plugin for more than a year. When we had less than thousand pcs. on our store everything worked fine, but after 2/3k pcs. the plugin started to synch in a wrong way (products in the catalogue were less than woocommerce). So we start to use another method do synch all the product but we still use the pixel through this plugin.

    My excellent review is about the support. We had an issue related to the “add to cart” pixel event and our “ADD TO CART AJAX” functionality of the theme. Basically the event was not triggered due to the ajax functionality. The support got our email and in less than 48hours sent a snippet that fixed the issue.

    The plugin needs improvement but the support is excellent!
