Excellent comment system

I was looking for a comment system that incorporated the option for commenters to receive notifications of replies to their comments and wpDiscuz has it. This plugin is very customizable (colours, phrases) and can even redirect first time commenters to a specific page (ex. a thank you page). The developers are open to suggestions and support is prompt.
