Excellent Customer Service

I uninstalled this plugin on a client’s website becaues it was not working the way I wanted it to. The plugin creators reached out to me numerous times to see if they could help me reinstall it and troubleshoot the problem. They were extremely persistent in a good way in pursuing me to help. Who does that?? They went into my client’s website themselves and fixed the problem within 24 hours. I am VERY pleased with their support!
