Excellent customer service

I am not a programmer…not even especially proficient with WordPress. Just a guy who likes to volunteer my marketing experience to help out small non-profits. I’ve used the AI1EC calendar for several years and it has become a key element for a number of organizations in which I’ve been involved. Every time I’ve had a question or technical issue the technical team has been incredible. They typically respond in a few hours instead of days and they’re solutions have always worked! Thanks!
