Excellent Customer Service. Above & Beyond Expectations

  • Recently, my website encountered some errors from conflicting plugins, theme, & hosting services. It was a hot mess. I contacted the authors of this plugin, Rymera, because the site was running the Wholesale Suite for WooCommerce package with all the bells and whistles, but the pricing plugin was showing some conflicting errors.

    The dev team was quick to respond and helped me get the website back in order. They even gave me some resources to help with my site’s other issues. This was incredibly helpful information and totally unexpected. I could tell that this company is passionate about their product and their customer service.

    I would highly recommend this plugin as the dev team is constantly improving the plugins as WordPress evolves. They are very responsive to any issues that may come up. Overall, I was in a bad place with the website and now everything is peachy because of the team at Rymera!
