Excellent customer service and support

I am admittedly on the free product, but we had an odd event come up recently and reached out to the forums for help. From there we were able to connect up with Skandha, who was quite willing to help us with our issue. Although the problem went away on its own, I have to give credit where due: they provide excellent customer service! I could have been told to upgrade to the paid product, or that I’d have to figure it out myself, but that wasn’t the case. Skandha was very helpful and nice, and I guarantee that once we move up to a paid theme, we’re going to make sure it’s one of theirs. Thanks again!
