Excellent Customer Support, great customizable themes

I have been using a Photocrati Theme now for about 1 1/2 years and I’ve been very pleased with the base themes, but also the ease of being able to customize it for a personal look/feel. I get a lot of compliments on my website with the changes I’ve made. I’m not a designer, but it’s been fun to make small changes for big impact. Customer support has been terrific, too! They really care about helping you get the most from their themes in a user-friendly Q/A online and with email support for anything not on line.
