Excellent, easy, works, even sets password cookies

This plugin did what I needed. You can configure the password prompt message, the font sizes and colors, etc. You can even set password cookie length so users only have to enter the password once. (I set it to 3 years.)

I didn’t realize at first it creates an “Add Content Protector Shortcode” icon integrated right into the WordPress editor, nice. It generates the specific shortcode for each page, and you can set the password/cookie length for individual pages there. 5 stars.
