Excellent features and support

I have 10 licenses and will be buying more. Packed full of features presented in an approachable UI which helps breaks down setup into manageable, well explained chunks.

Very actively developed, I’ve only been using Shield for a year and seen a number of features added. I’ve enjoyed seeing the UI evolve, it must be quite a challenge to organise this many features with such granular options. I think there are still some improvements that can be made but I’ve no doubt it will continue to be refined.

I’ve contacted support a number of times and always had helpful, friendly replies back within an hour or two. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
