    This plugin is the best I have found for providing the most options for creating your shipping rules. Other plugins that claim to be flexible only offer you weight based rules unless you buy the premium plugin.

    Support is responsive and friendly and the plugin is being actively developed.

    All in all, a great plugin to to able to configure rules the way you want. The premium plugin offers you more options and an easier way to implement complex rules but you could still achieve most of would you could want with this plugin.
