Excellent little piece of software (plugin!)

I’ve been using Jilt for two sites that I own/adminster, and I must say that thus far, I have been consistently impressed by both the plugin and it’s capabilities (it lives up to all it promises and then some!) – as well as the friendly and prompt (well, as prompt as prompt can be ;-)) service from their team/support reps.

A huge shout out to Kristy in particular (and another lady I cannot for the life of me remember the name of – tho it started with “S” and she’s still on their team) and their entire team in general – excellent customer service and second to none in that regard!

I’ve been using the free version of their plugin, and it’s choc-a-bloc full of features. Does what it says too – I HAVE gotten recovered sales etc from their follow ups, and I plan on purchasing the paid version in the future as well.

Highly recommended – and it’s not a “paid” review for those that are (probably) asking – I would never do such a thing!

Great job Jilt – keep it up! Especially with the changes you guys keep rolling out … *thumbsup*
