Excellent – one request…

This plugin is excellent. For those trying to do international shipping, the key is to create an “Additional Configuration”.

I do have one request regarding that: for the availability setting, please offer “Excluding selected countries”. This makes it possible to quickly create rates for everything but one’s home country. As it is now, one as to select every (ouch) country except one from the list.
