• Aptora is a software company. We make, sell, and support and large enterprise level service management system with accounting, payroll, scheduling, and more. We do a lot of technical support through this plug-in. We have used this plug-in extensively and to an advanced degree. We have likely used every feature and option except for the API (which we will be using soon). We also used the ticket system this one was based on (WP Support Plus) for several years. We have contacted tech support numerous times for help – although we hate to ask for help because we are a software company :). The plug-in does not do everything we want and nothing does and nothing will. We have even paid for custom programming which was very inexpensive and helpful. Overall, it is the best support ticket system we have ever tested or used. If you shop around and evaluate systems such as Zendesk, you will find that this system is a huge bargain. We highly recommend this plug-in.
