Great Plugin BUT Caution: SUPPORT IS NONEXISTENT

A nice-plugin with invaluable features, but one that needs a reasonable level of support from time to time. Initially, the support was great, but it has gone drastically downhill to the point that we’ve had Support Tickets open weeks with zero response/resolution/apologies for the delay. Recommend strongly against installing or using this Plug-in until Support gets it’s act together.
