Excellent Plugin

My experience thus far has been that each of Jeff Star’s plugins are little treasures, and Blackhole for Bad Bots is no exception.

My company uses this plugin in tandem with Jeff’s ‘Block Bad Queries‘ (pro version) plugin on all our client websites and it saves us a lot of time from manually having to set up a block list with every new site we’re creating.

The plugin is lightweight and very easy to install and configure. Depending on how long it takes you to make a small change to your site’s robots.txt file after plugin installation, you should be good to go in less than a minute.
