  • Everything you need is there, you’re missing the implementation of the export of users from the database.

    If the user was added by administrator, then the fields are missing because they are not created! This needs to be rectified – so the plugin will be more cool!
    These fields are not available nor the administrator nor the user’s personal account.

    Users data along with the information stored by the plugin can be exported by using WordPress Export Personal Data tool. Navigate to dashboard->Tools->Export Personal Data.
    Also, you can export personal data in PDF form with this PDF form submission add-on, which also sends PDF as attachment in the email.

    Yes, the user profile fields will only appear if the user have registered via user registration form. However we have Profile Connect add-on which connects the users registered via other means to the user registration selected form so that user can later fill up the fields and build their profile.
