    I greatly appreciate the customer service—they consistently assist me with any plugin-related issues. Language is not a barrier as they also offer support in Spanish. Additionally, the plugin itself is excellent, offering extensive customization options. It efficiently handles ticket submissions to clients, and its configuration is both intuitive and user-friendly.
