Excellent plugin and amazing support!

  • This is an amazing product, really affordable but bundled with amazing and very well designed options and possibilities, and most importantly quite easy to use, understand and install. Probably best real estate plugin I’ve seen so far on WordPress at least in my humble opinion.

    Beside plugin quality, today I had an chat with Oscar B. through Realtyna Live Chat Support.

    I’m not sure if this is right place to address it BUT service I
    got was truly amazing and Oscar went extra mile to help me with
    my concerns, reply and find information I asked for. I’m quite
    amazed by plugin quality but also with support quality. You guys at Realtyna definitely do your job very well.

    When I was younger I spent few years working for Carnival corporation as guest service official and was dealing with costumers requests, concerns, needs and expectations, and I believe I know a few things about the customer service and customers relations, still Oscar’s way of going extra mile and his helpful service surprised me really positively.

    For me deal breaker in decision to buy Realtyna product was Oliver’s assistance, and I cant recall when I last time decided to purchase product so fast as this one. I start testing it only few days ago. If I could i would give more than 5 stars for this product.
