Excellent Plugin and even better Customer Support

The plugin itself is easy to use and very intuitive. I did however run into a snag. I was working on my site in a weekend evening when I encountered a problem. So I submitted a support ticket not expecting a reply until sometime Monday. To my surprise, I got an immediate response. Turns out that my template was causing a conflict. I was just amaze how fast I got help. Normally I would need to wait days from developers for any kind of support for plugins I pay for.
