Excellent plugin and support

The plugin is excellent and absolutely very useful. The support is awesome too. The author is very knowledgable and willing to help the users of this plugin. The Advanced setting of the plugin was not working on my sites. The author figured pretty quickly what my server needed. I requested my hosting service provider to install ctype based on author’s suggestion, and Viola!!! The plugin is fully functional.

If the plugin does not work for you, there is a chance that you do not have standard things installed on the hosting server. Just ask for support from the plugin developer! ??
