Excellent plugin and support

I’ve used WP-Members many times. Highly recommend. It does a lot for a free plugin, especially if you know what you’re doing with the action and filter hooks. The pro-support plan is highly recommended if you will be making more extensive customizations. Access to the code snippet library really speeds up development. And when I’ve needed more assistance, the support I have received has truly been top-notch and sets WP-Members apart from other plugins. I like that it’s not bloated with things I don’t need, but has the ability to be expanded.
