Excellent plugin and support – Multisite

We purchased the multisite extension as we had a WordPress Multisite setup with 4500 sites(!) and needed to migrate some of these sites to a new WordPress site we had setup. Due to the huge size of our database and setup, the plugin initially had some problems exporting sites. I contacted support and they went above and beyond, they got the right people working on the case at the right time. They were able to fix the issues we were having and we can now successfully migrate sites with such ease.
