Excellent plugin, awesome support!

I have been using this great plugin for a while but had a problem with my last migration. When I contacted support they were on it immediately! We did a number of back-and-forths – exchanging files and even videos. Support was able to confirm that it was working fine on their end so we were able to determine that the problem was on my end and I was able to determine that a web server redirect was the problem. The plugin support was huge in understanding where the real problem was. Thanks so much!
