• I have been using the plugin for about a month now. The interface is extremely intuitive and easy to use. I have set up cart abandonment automation e-mails. I have also set up broadcast e-mails to send to customers to announce a new product. I have imported customer lists from a csv file. All work perfectly.

    As far as seeing abandoned carts, it’s as easy as clicking on “Carts” and seeing the list of abandoned carts, the date/time stamp of when it was abandoned, and the contents of the cart. It also shows when the automated e-mails that I set up are scheduled to run. I can easily disable any of the automated e-mails for any given cart, if needed.

    Their customer service and support is superb. This was the case before and after signing up. They are knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond. In brief, my experience with this plug-in and the company has been exceptional. I highly recommend this company and this plug-in.
