    For most people, WP-SpamShield will work with the initial settings the developers have chosen. For advanced users, it has lots of tweaks, so customizing to your specific needs should be a breeze.

    As for support, it’s second to none. The diagnostics are impressive and detailed enough to help you resolve most issues without the need to submit a support ticket.

    The online support is very fast. Yesterday I encountered an issue and submitted a ticket. This morning there was a new version of the plugin resolving that issue!
