Excellent Plugin & Support

My site and the entire hosting server were hacked recently. I ran the Cpanel Virus scanner, WordFence and Defender Pro to no avail. When I learned about Gotmls, I decided to give it a try. It worked fine on my sites that had not been hacked and then the malware blocked it from running on the hacked site.

I contacted support (Eli) and he worked with me as we identified the files on my site that had been hacked. Eli then quickly added new definitions to his plugin to find and quarantine those files. It found 885 files on just my site alone. He also worked with me to help to find the originating file, via user-access logs, but this hacker is good, in that he put a backdoor on my site more than a month before the malware was activated, so the hosting logs were no longer available.

I am now working with him to put my site on a secure server until we can verify that there is no other malware that is hidden within my word press site.

As a techie myself (former bank computer systems auditor and mainframe assembler coder), I understand how hackers work to break all malware and virus detection software.
