Excellent Plugin Support

  • The plugin is great and the support as well. But it’s time consuming to have support in a forum. A live chat service could be perfect alongside with Forum.

    Thanks for the review and thanks for the feedback. Live chat is a good idea and would help with many support cases. I’d like to implement it, but am working on streamlining the current support and freeing up time for our team to man the chat.
