Excellent Plugin With Unmatched Support

Youzify is a wonderful plugin with vast customization options and some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. I have had some unfortunate situations with various hosting companies and plugin providers in my initial setup of my website, but KaineLabs has been with me every step of the way when it came to Youzify. Changing CSS, debugging and immediately fixing every little nit pick I have had with my sites UI and design. Helping me setup any addons I purchased. Sending custom code for specific features tailored to my site. The list goes on and it’s nothing but good things!

On top of that they support all of their extensions 3rd party plugins very well. Documentation between parties on all the addons is solid, with no stone left unturned. Less research on your part! And if it isn’t documented support can assist you right away, often alleviating the issue within 1-2 business days.

I think the biggest take away for me is their customer support. Between the Facebook community they have and ticketed support, I feel very confident in asking for any kind of help knowing someone can not only troubleshoot and fix the issue, but also give a bit of insight as to “why” so you walk away with a little more knowledge every time. I haven’t come across a support team so dedicated to what they do in a long time, and it’s refreshing to work with this company!
