Excellent plugin…Worst support!

The plugin has potential and developers should be complimented.

But a serious warning that there is very very poor support.

If support tickets are answered, it is of very little help, usually just referring to their hosting features and upgrades.

Tremendously frustrating support.
The worst I have ever experienced on the web.
Such a shame though.
