• I’ve been shopping for a live chat solution for our business quite extensively, and I can say this is definitely one of the best. Not only was it a breeze to setup, but when I did encounter a minor glitch PureChat gang-tackled it with amazing speed. Within a few minutes of starting a chat with them for help, I had a support rep and a developer working to resolve my issue. Ten minutes later we’re all set. Tremendous response.

    My only beef is I wish they had one more notch on their pricing scale. We’re such a small outfit that we struggle to afford the minimum monthly price, but I suspect we’ll burn through the 15 free chats per month quickly. How about adding a tier that’s something like 50 chats per month for $5-6 per month?
