Excellent support!

I found it quite easy to get started with this product, and all was going well until I ran into a bug with one of the less common schema types. I reported it in the support forum, and got a very quick reply from the developer. Within just a few days the problem was fixed in a new release. Super responsive, super communication, and super results!
