Excellent support

I have been working with the Pro version of this theme for a short while. It has taken a little getting used to, but the control and flexibility of the theme is amazing. I cannot believe how improved the web site looks.

We have had the odd problem. Support has been great, working out where exactly any problems are and today, even going to the extent of writing a bespoke plugin for us to fix an incompatibility with another plugin and resolving the issue.

I am very impressed, not only with the outcome of the support given but also the time in which it was diagnosed and fixed.
